This confirms that he "trades off of charts" ? HARDLY! Sounds more like charts are a PART of his analysis. surf
C'mon surf; that's purely semantics. What part about 'Technical Analysis - Made me well over half my money' do you not understand?
Landis Just because you actually worked for and know PTJ doesn't mean you know how he trades. I'll take Surf's word over yours. He has interviewed 100 traders over 8 years.....much more qualified than you. Plus Surf has made 50 straight losing market calls.......he has to be right at some point......................right?
I was briefly in Tudor's office one week in 1993. There were copies of Prechter's monthly EWI "black book" everywhere.
Listening to Surf talk about sucessful trading and what it takes is like listening to Jeffery Dahmer's parents on what it takes to raise raise a well balanced son. In my 17 years of trading I have never come across someone who is so wrong/ has no clue about trading like Surf. Were you working for PTJ back in 1993 ? I interviewed with them for an assistant trader position on their night desk. It was working for a girl who traded the Asian markets. She basically told me I was gonna fetch coffee and man the fax machine for a year, and take care of errands. At the time I was 24 and thought my shit didn't stink so I turned her down.......not the brightest of decisions looking back.
I am not surprised. I guess this confirms Prechter's accuracy just like Tudor's TA claims confirms "trading from charts" as a method with positive expectancy. good catch. surf
come on, prado. its not 50 straight wrong calls! There have been a few, still waiting on the FIRST call from you.... surf
