It doesn't have to be company policy to occur. All it takes is one bad apple on the staff.

  4. In a large company I bet the govt couldn't spot that, statistically. certainly not before the company itself. if they're ok with the reasoning behind why their employee is turning down loans, maybe it just makes sense. either way, it's none of the feds business.

If the law of the land is to treat people equally in the marketplace, regardless if they are men who like other men's "stinking, hairy assholes", (as phoenix trading likes to put it), then it is the government's business. And if it's the law of the land, then it probably just makes sense to the population.

  8. 1) I've never used such a phrase , and you probably know that.

    2) No it's not and if people like you keep insisting that it is then the law should be changed or clearly amended so that stupid fucks like yourself cannot be confused anymore.

    3) I think I just found the daily ricter riddle :D :D

  9. It's the law of the land that the fed govt has specific powers and bailing out private companies/homeowners just isn't one of them. You're using things when they suit your argument and ignoring them when they don't.

  10. I wonder if there ever was statistical discrimination among equally qualified buyers. My first thought is to say no. The discrimination among equally qualified buyers was in the zip code. The risk was in the property not the buyer.

Why aren't black people buying up property in Detroit.
