You are correct. I forgot that the term she is serving right now is someone else's and doesn't end in 2021. It ends in 2023. The question would be "When would Warnock be sworn in were he to win?"---I imagine it could be a couple of weeks for the winner to be certified in Georgia.
This man obviously has seen the corruption in his own state and wants no part of it. Good to see him join the party of truth and honesty.
