The issue is that the he is being indicted for non-crimes. He was questioning the veracity of the election and he has every right to do that. By the way, he was getting his information from attorneys and advisers and he believed it so he was not lying or defrauding. Even if he was lying, that is not a crime, so the point is moot.
He was asking the election officials to investigate and find the truth. Absolutely nothing illegal by Trump in that transcript.
He was asking for 11,000 votes. That is not asking for the truth. If he was looking for the truth he would not have put a number on the votes he wanted them to find.
I'm probably one of the only people here who actually listened to the audio for the full hour while reading, to get the context that everyone is talking about, and I am sorry to say guys, but an impartial jury taking all that in will probably not find anything criminal about Trump wanting to "find votes". He is not intimating that Fulton county should make them up, but rather uncover votes that he truly believed were not counted, or counted incorrectly. If he was given information by his advisers that was incorrect and he is basing his claims on that, he can't be found at fault. Then there is talk about some video where he seems to see ballots for Biden being scanned 3 times by some woman who's name is beeped out constantly throughout the tape, then another video which Ghouliani and his crew spliced together which was a botch...etc. I can't imagine a jury finding criminal intent here. Y'all will just have to listen to the whole thing and make your mind up after that. Just reading the transcript isn't enough.

I anticipate that Biden will be resigning prior to the end of the year leaving us with Kammy and somebody. Very scary times for the country.
