Of course it is dead on arrival. It doesn't enrich big business in the form of grants and deep tax cuts.

It's not excessive at all, especially when they are asked to risk their lives.

  3. Dems want more money for Union workers.
    Shocker.

    “Heroes Act” lol.
Take out hospitals in parts of NYC, Bergen County NJ, and lower Westchester county NY and the rest of the “Heroes” did what exactly??? They didn’t get overrun by the virus like those areas.

Maybe 1% of all Doctors/Nurses/EMT’s in the country should get extra pay for going above and beyond. The rest of them it was business as usual.

And don’t even get me started on “Hero Teachers”. Seriously, What a joke. Makes me want to puke.

Oh and gotta love this- “federal funding for abortions”... in the COVID-19 “Heroes Act”.
    WHAT THE FUCK????

And the media will say Republicans are the bad guys here.
    Laughable

No child left behind. You are a winner, even if you fail. "Failure" no longer means what it used to. Snow in the summer.

100% of those left-wing and "centrist" DEMS felt the bill DID NOT GO FAR ENOUGH. Oh wait, staunch communist Peter King voted yea?

So much more should be done. If Trump goes down in November so does the Senate. Hopefully the put Nancy and Chuck out to pasture and choose a leadership that is rooted in the present.

I just want to see more volatility...hopefully the passing of the bill will generate some decent volatility on Monday regardless to the direction of the markets (Up or Down).

VIX and VStoxx have been stuck in the +30 range for a little while now although it has been producing some decent swings on the intraday.

More money they print, less volatility.

I would expect the VIX to spike when Powell opens his yap on 60 minutes, tomorrow night. And I see on the calendar that he is testifying before the Senate banking committee on Tuesday? Yeah, VIX should go up a bit I would think?

So far, it has been creating more volatility...hopefully the pattern continues although the volatility has been mean reverting lately with the less talk about printing money. Yet, volatility did pick up a little late last week with the new talk of printing more money.

Lets see what happens next week.
