LOL, that's a good catch. I remember that line. Still, the motivation here is tribal, in the broadest sense of people feeling a higher loyalty to their particular identity group than to the law or society as a whole. Clealry it is not soley an African phenomenon. it is a big problem in the middle east and asia, and as the film shows, was a factor in our own society. Tribalism is inconsistent with a progressive, pluralistic society, and it is despicable for the media and liberals to try to foment it or exploit it.
