Crawl, walk, run. Start small (# shares or contracts) and if necessary, go smaller until you find a size you are comfortable with. Trade that size until you feel confident, then slowly increase.
Thanks. Japan markets open 12 midnight to 6 in the morning. I am in UK and unfortunately this is not very convenient. But sometimes I cant sleep and I will come to my computer and observe.
