Any brokers that have this service, even on delayed data? And do I have to have an account? I'd like to test some stocks/options trades on a paper trade account.
TradeStation has simulated accounts now (including the ability to automate strategies). But you must have an actual retail account and subscribe to the data feeds you want simulated.
