As Trumpy said, we have lots of rain.
Ask any old moon-shiner what makes the best whiskey.

Don't even worry about catching it. Just go about your daily lives and if you get it, you get it. Only a 2% mortality rate. It's like playing Russian Roulette with a 50 cylinder gun and only 1 bullet in the chamber. Pretty good odds and you're probably not going to escape it if those guys at harvard are right.

Its not even 2%. 2% is based on reported cases. Most people probably don't report because its mild symptoms (or just essentially the flu). So if you included those cases, the mortality rate would be much, much lower. All deaths are essentially reported, most cases are not.

Rain makes corn, corn makes whiskey. Whiskey makes my baby, a little frisky. Or so the song goes.

I suppose in Trump's world, one could foresee not prioritizing workforce to vital & lifesaving infrastructure.

MY water works without power. But if you're referring to the power station and the water station, I seriously think this is a bit over the top in worry. Besides, I have a 20,000 gallon swimming pool, and we're coming to the Florida rainy season!

Real shame most states will fine you heavily for collecting rain water.

Bad math, we're currently sitting at a 7% CFR using the math [deaths]/[deaths + recoveries]. You cannot include cases that have not had a resolution as the only two choices are binary - recovering or dying. There is no perpetual disease state. The 2% number is given to quell panic and does not accurately reflect the lethality of the virus. Moreover, this 7% can be split into age/sex/health and you'll find the rates are even higher among the elderly, young, and immuno-compromised.

Do you really think the world would be panicking if 2019-nCoV had a 2% lethality?

"It's going to disappear. One day it's like a miracle, it will disappear," Trump said at the White House Thursday".

    Yeah that is today.

I think you will be fine with the water, it is not cholera.

The firetrucks will deliver the water like they are in China right now.

What do you think happens to the sewage with no power?
Our drinking water comes from the river, the same river all the sewage plants are on.
Yes, probably not worth worrying about.
