Can you run a Palm Pilot application on your notebook? What kind of software would I need? Thanks!
trying to keep it alive here
You'd need to run what's called an emulator. It's a program that mimics a particular device, in this case a Palm Pilot. Start here: google is your friend
Here's the exact link. we use a palm emulator all the time here at Hillcast. very useful!
here ya go.
Thanks guys, I tried the simulator and emulator for the Palm OS. I ran into problems as I wanted to run an application but I do not have a Palm PDA. My skills are maxed to this point. Thanks for the replies.
Anyone have a ROM image, with version 3 or higher?
Glad I could help..... I bet that is a pretty usefule tool for others in your predicament. Plus, not to sound like a geek but the Palm emulator is pretty fun to play with!
Speaking of Palms....... Who out there is using that new Treo 600?? I'm thinking about getting it.
Guilty as accused. Simply awesome. Am waiting for hillcast to release a version for the Treo600.
