  2. But under bush we have a more larger intrusive government, more spending than ever etc.. I am willing to throw the dice here, how worse can it be.

  3. The perspective of Latinos and abortion is not so dependent on catholic upbringing they way it was for a long time. The (current) sentiment is for choice. The way it is viewed is different than Americans way of viewing. Latinos in general view terminating a pregnancy (first 12 weeks only) only when the situation of the family is so poor already, that to terminate the pregnancy would be to the benefit and financial well being of family. A BIG emphasis is with the family. Most are very family oriented.
And birth control is not a sin, and is welcomed. Most girls are taught about birth control.

  4. No, I'm referring to Palin. She was the beauty queen, right? Somewhere there's a pic of her revealing some serious skin. Bathing suit, or something. I'm tellin' ya', that'll sink this ship. AND, if there's something a bit more, Mac will be the laughing stock of all time. You really think V.P. Palin in a thong will fly? I mean, that would get my support:p , but...

  5. You're buying into the bullshit.

Read this article. It sums up 99% of the Democrats.

    http://www.boston.com/news/globe/ed...icles/2004/02/12/john_kerrys_shifting_stands/

"Take the Patriot Act. Kerry condemns it fiercely as the stuff of a "knock-in-the-night" police state. He vows "to end the era of John Ashcroft" by "replacing the Patriot Act with a new law that protects our people and our liberties at the same time."

So does that mean he voted against it in 2001? Au contraire! Kerry voted for the law -- parts of which he originally wrote. He singled out its money-laundering sections for particular praise but declared that he was "pleased at the compromise we have reached on the antiterrorism legislation as a whole."

Bottom line, then: Is Kerry for or against the Patriot Act? Absolutely."

  6. Geez, what a strawman.

Why not bring in Clinton, Gore while you are at it...

    Bringing in Kerry? LOL!

    Facts are facts...

  7. Mercor

    Mercor

Let states send the question to a referendum.

There are more women voters and more democratic voters.

Yet, the Dems in Congress are scared to allow that. That want the power to be in the hands of mostly male judges.

  8. They have no fear of moderate judges, just the right wing types who think the world is 6,000 years old...

  9. I hope you're attending meetings because your proclivity for the bottle is re-evident.

Congress approved the war with virtually every name Democrat of this generation in support.

Congress approved the dreaded Patriot Act-the same piece of Gestapo legislation with all of its court challanges by a vote of 99-1

Do I need remind you Biden, Kerry, Edwards, Leiberman, Reid, Feinstein, Daschle, Schumer, Clinton, Bayh-all war.

Congress has approved funding for the war with such gusto that even Bush was shocked how the Dem majority gave him his 166b this year without a whimper.

  10. You are really off on a tangent that is irrelevant.

Bush is the captain of the ship...

Bush had control of congress and senate for nearly 6 years, hardly ever vetoing any legislation that increased spending and the deficit.

Repubs have a history of deficit spending that is irrefutable.

Trying to defend repubs deficit wars and deficit spending by pointing to complicit dems is implementing pure stupidity...
