psg is basically a phone tracker and contacts for VIP security and biz continuity management. The phone tracker is available on any smartphone. I know because my kids have S4s with phonesheriff. which honestly is superior to PSG's antiquated system.

Ive seen the PSG app built into the Vertu. It's essentially useless in the USA as we have the 911 service, but it may be of some value overseas.

The phone is an ancient 3g brick that sells for $500-$1000 per your spec.
