Pay attention to the Gradient stuff. He's 2 for 2, and he's got the dough to see the Prime Broker thing to the end.

For shits and giggles, go here:

No need to apologize. As Lyndon Johnson said in 1968, when asked about Richard Nixon, he responded, "gentlemen, I know the difference between chicken salad, and chicken shit.

One man. One fucking stand up individual put it all on the line to save the country from this mess. And no one helped. We are getting our just desert (sic).

Have you come out as Patrick Byrne yet, or are you still denying it?

This reminds me of a good tune. Oh wait, that was David Byrne. Still a good tune.

$5MM? I doubt that even covers the legal fees. So, PB why not get your day in court? Kind of a hollow victory ain't it? Also, not getting much traction against the Prime Brokers thus far.

  8. Is it a fee to end all law suits or the result of the law suit?

$5 Million is not that much since its going on for many years, like above said not even close to cover the lawyer fees alone.

  10. This plus Gradient. It's plenty. And the Prime Brokers will know he's got a warchest and discovery. Their game is to file motion after motion to wear out the competition. Not happening.

Watch the big names come in now. You won't believe the people, and institutions, associated with bear raids and naked shorting. Think about Nocera and Norris. Two peas in a pod. Where's the pod?
