Look at MRK CELG CEPH ABT EW AMED When they came down to the oversold zone, they can come back in a huge way. The quick huge drop can lead to huge spike. People tend to short stocks as the move down ( they call weak stocks) so when they turn, shorts run out to the exit in a panic way. Now they say to buy strong stocks. Do the opposite way. Crame likes to tell people to buy strong stocks. Not in this environment.
