Overpriced, overrated NYC restaurant?

  1. This would be interesting if there will be a follow up. Which is a greater determinant, the quality of the food or the marketing?

    Kitchen Confidential was a good read. The author spoke of the highest priced places having the truly mediocre food. He said the old rich guys that were the patrons did not know the diff.

    I don't know about Kobe Club but that Mickey D's on E 23rd sucks.
