How much do traders of prop firms pay in fees for overnight positions as annual % of ammount of position? Is it really much higher compare to retail brokers?
We run about 1.5 to 1.75 differential per annum between long and short interest. Since rates are so low, that boils down to about 1.6 to 1.75 per annum to borrow money from GS. Don
Thank you Don. People what about other companies: Genesis, Echo, Assent, Dimension, etc.? Is 10% per annum is normal fee for overnights in the industry? I ask it because my managers told me they will charge 10% and it's good price in compare with other props.
