Yep... this will not go very well for Biden. It is nothing more than typical election year posturing trying to get votes. It's basically the same as AOC shouting "tax the rich".

President Biden proposed a $7.3 trillion budget with new social spending offset by taxes on high earners and corporations.
The proposal serves as a draft of Mr. Biden’s policy platform as he seeks re-election in November. Here’s what’s in it.

he's been touting 25% since his last campaign. Keep in mind obama had it at 28% and dump brought it down to 15% w/his disastrous giveaway. I'm glad you're back to your con ways of championing Dump's disastrous tax policy.

I have never understood when billionaires or multi-millionaires know it's just "posturing" in an election year to get votes...

Why do they make a big deal about it when they know they are not going to pay more taxes?

Worst, politicians who talk about "taxing the rich" or "making them pay their fair share" to pay for a new social program or to pay down the debt to only see consumers go out and get more debt after being bombarded with credit card commercials, automobile advertisements, and home development advertisements...

    It's hilarious.

Yet, there's one thing most Americans shockingly underestimate...healthcare costs cause more damage to American's cost of living. Hospitals, pharmacies, and other healthcare costs cause havoc on the finances of Americans who are not in perfect health or trying to stay healthy as preventative medicine.

I remember when I came out of the coma back in the fall of 2016...my brother (a doctor in the States and my sister a head nurse in the States) were curious about the healthcare costs...

My medical ordeal would have bankrupted most Americans while costing me not a single penny in France or Canada when I was medivac back to Canada. Had my illness occurred in the United States...I would have been at the VA Hospital...again not costing me a single penny.

Any candidate that can promise & deliver on a Universal Healthcare System or something similar to the VA Healthcare System...will always get my vote regardless of their political party affiliation.

He did try and still trying but not the way you wanted. I think most thought there would be an overall sweeping change that would put Americans closer to a Universal Healthcare System.

He then saw the roadblocks and had to settle on fighting individual medical costs (e.g. lowering the high cost of insulin, protection against surprise medical junk fees, more Americans with healthcare insurance, free vaccines et cetera) that are growing for most Americans, and improving things like Obamacare/Medicare as our population is getting older.

I've met a lot of people in Kentucky, South Dakota, and Illinois who say there's a dramatic decrease in their healthcare costs.

Will they remember that at the polls in November or will it not be important...

Credit to Obama and LBJ for Obamacare/Medicare,and Bill Clinton for CHIP.

Zero credit to Joe Biden as none of those are his accomplishments.
