You say I don't follow politics at all (your words) even after my messages in this thread about the GOP Response to Biden's State of the Union address..wow. Regardless, why you're blaming the press for being "silent" when you or anyone else can post about Biden's Indictment ANY TIME you want. The last time I check...Fox News is the press too but you said the press is "silent"??? Think about it carefully, why are you not posting about the Indictment...you seem a little confused about him being Indicted or Not Indicted in your prior message? Simply, you knew he was not indicted but decided to pose the question under the façade it was a rhetorical remark... Sorry, I don't have the time for social media games like that. You can carry on your own with that line of questioning. wrbtrader
After he loses in November he certainly will be.You can bet Trump will pick an AG that is certain to indict Joe and Hunter. For a little extra payback Trump will likely pressure state AGs and DAs to go after Biden too.Since Trump can end the political careers of most republicans some likely will. I wonder where Biden will get millions for legal fees?Unlike Trump he won't have The DNC and donors to pay his legal bills as there is zero chance he will be The Dem nominee in 2028.I belive Harry Truman was the poorest ex president but Biden is likely surpass him by 10s or 100s of millions when Trump sics the DOJ and state prosecutors on his ass. I think I have just decided to vote for Trump.Trump making the rest of Bidens life a living hell for what Biden has done to progressives, blacks and Palestinians is worth a vote for Trump.
More than 32.2 million total people tuned in on Thursday night for President Joe Biden’s 2024 State of the Union address followed by the Republican response (provided by Alabama Sen. Katie Britt), according to updated tallies from Nielsen. That marks an 18% gain over last year’s SOTU. Nielsen notes that *5% of viewers were aged 18-34, *19% were 35-54, *74% of viewers were aged 55 and older. Fox News Channel once again led the TV pack with an average SOTU audience of 5.64 million viewers (from 9:15-10:45pm ET, up 20% from the cabler’s coverage of Biden’s 2023 address), followed by ABC (5 million, up 16% YOY), NBC (4.3 million), MSNBC (4.2 million), CBS (3.9 million), CNN (2.6 million, including CNN.com), Fox (1.7 million), Fox News Business (210K) and CNBC (112K).
I wasn't the only one who thought of this... https://babylonbee.com/news/dc-area-pharmacies-all-out-of-stimulants
Many quickly forgot that in the days before the SOTU...MAGA was predicting a Biden will physically fall on his way to or after the SOTU, Biden will be afraid of Marjorie Greene's political antics, and Biden will be unable to take the fight to Trump plus they said they will have a good GOP Response from the rising star Katie Britt. It didn't happen unless I missed Joe falling and people then rushing to pick him up. Regardless, the issue that many agree with was that the failure of the GOP Response by Katie Britt was bigger news (more shocking) than the SOTU by Biden. There were more negative memes in reaction to Katie Britt's performance than negative memes in reaction to Joe Biden's performance on the night of the SOTU. It deflated the GOP while energizing the Democrats that they're now in fighting mode after sitting back too long...watching Trump start his "general election campaign" several months in advance. Trump was furious that night but many not sure if it was because of Biden or Britt performance. That's something else not discussed. The last time there was a "general election campaign" started this early was back in 2004. Typically a general election campaign is about +5 months long before the November election. Trump started late last fall and then publicly announced it on the night of his Super Tuesday speech. In my opinion, it's the reason why Biden used the SOTU to signal he's now taking the fight to Trump. Regardless, the big takeaway for me while talking to my relatives and friends...all of us are GOP wanting Trump out of the party after his invasion from the Reform party... The GOP Response by Katie Britt was a failure and consumed the chatter the night of the SOTU. She became an instant celebrity for the wrong reasons. Not joking, it's been a long time since I had flashbacks of a stalker ex-girlfriend when I was in the military....thanks to Katie Britt. It's the reason why I and many others have said...Katie Britt was scary in her "Karen mode". wrbtrader
The sex trafficking victim mentioned in Katie Britt's response speaks out and outlines how utterly false the assertions pushed by Britt are. The victim also stated it is "not fair" that she got placed in a speech by a politician -- which is nothing more than further victimization. Typically, aides will check with people if it's OK to mention their names in a SOTU speech or a GOP Response speech...at the minimum the person will be notified before the speech. I remember one of the reasons McCain didn't like Sarah Palin speaking during their campaign was that he was scared she would lie about a situation that could easily & quickly be fact-checked. Years later...at the time of McCain's funeral... Carla Eudy, a fundraiser who worked with the McCain family for decades, told the magazine that "invitations were not extended" to either Mrs Palin or US President Donald Trump. For the record, I started seeing Ad Campaigns by Trump for "donations" on YouTube back in December because the funding well for Trump was drying up. Today, was the first time I saw an Ad Campaign by Biden for the Presidency of the United States on YouTube but he was not asking for "donations". wrbtrader
