They have taken oaths and are stating they will not currently enforce laws that are unconstitutional. If the courts say otherwise, they will mostly comply. There is a huge diff between advocating war and upholding one's oath.
A law is constitutional unless The SC says it is unconstitutional. They are saying they wont enforce laws THEY THINK are unconstitutional, they are not saying they wont enforce them if The Supreme Court rules them unconstitutional, huge diff .Its all bullshit because they will enforce them imo
It depends. I think if an issue is black and white like gun control is, then yes. IE, you can't really lessen danger and violence by banning one type of gun. You have to ban ALL of them. Black, or white. On issues that have a lot of gray area, like, say, environmental regulation, then yes. You can decide without crossing into a slippery slope.
I hadn't heard that they would go against a Supreme Court rule. That would change the equation, if true. Even so, your answer doesn't state how they are advocating civil war. That's what I'm trying to get at.
I never said local sheriffs were advocating civil war.I did say i think they are riling up the righties who are advocating civil war. There are a small % of right wing citizens who are advocating civil war
You have made that accusation a number of times. Each time, with no proof. Zero. Zip. Nada. I have not heard of one right-wing/libertarian who has advocated or called for civil war. Not a single one. Now please post your examples or kindly stfu.
The people riling up the right are the prez, the media, and all the others who call conservatives traitors and teabaggers. You ever think about that?
