Only disagreement here is that Toronto real estate prices are way inflated and bubbly, same goes for Vancouver.

The government doesn't stress out about "race-correlated" stats because they don't need to; people in Canada for the most part get along and respect other cultures. There is no general fear or growing sentiment in Canada that immigration is to be feared, or nonstop racist talk about blacks or any other ethnic group or skin colour. As with any country, there will always be pockets of trouble and some neighborhoods that are poor and have some crime. But the fact is these problems are much smaller in Canada then almost anywhere in the world. The economy could be better, but 2008/2009 barely touched Canada at all and all things being considered ( including lower personal income tax rates ), the worst one could say is our economy hasn't improved much since the 1980s and 1990s. This contrasts with the US who were flying high and are now struggling on many fronts.

I suspect you just like trolling on here, but I won't let your extreme negativity about Canada go without giving more reasonable people a more accurate picture about life in Canada. Poll the majority here, and you'll see that Canadians think this is the best country in the world.

It doesn't have nearly the same scale of urban underclass we have. As a consequence, it doesn't have to finance our enormous defense budget or welfare class and can put the money to more productive uses.

Nothing wrong with any of that, but I wish you Canadians would be a little less smug.

Some of the smartest researchers at the absolute forefront of AI are Canadian and developed one of the first AI engines at Canadian universities. You heard that right: the technology that will most likely shape our next 25-30 years the most was to a significant degree developed in........ Canada among other places such as UC Berkley. This is to just name one. Ask for more and you shall receive.
