    Can't sue folks for stating facts. If you know beforehand that future event is uncertain, yet claim it to be certain - it is deceit and a lie.

    I will now start preparing stats of all your guarantees that worked and failed. Care to guess what the ratio might be?

  2. I am not so sure it is a majority of the members. The majority of people read and lurk seldom if ever posting. This has become more and more like medieval times when people from the village run to watch the spectacle of the someone being punished for witchcraft.

  3. there are no guarantees in trading, everyone here knows that. Ask yourself who is more loony the person who states 'guarantee' or the person who cries fraud. I think Surf is pulling your chain much more than you realise.
