They are not broker dealer so what is the risk

 

Yeah pretty straightforward rules. You get leverage for stocks and options based on capital put down. You can connect with them directly as I am not sure if it is different for each trader

 

True for overnights. I mostly do day trading so haven't faced that issue yet

The days I have carried mostly been charged Fed funds rate + 5%
