    Tomorrow, he speaks at a PIPES conference. OSTK has nothing to do with PIPES> He truly is trying to right a terrible wrong. He's got some cajones. This will not be a friendly audience.

    There are high level people, not as brave, who have encouraged him to see this through. That is how bad the corruption is. Every day, I'm more amazed than the day before.

  8. What don't you understand about the previous post? There is no stock to short. Oh, somebody make fakea locate, but don't cha think it's a crowded trade?

    And didn't it get your attention when a stock with no earnings went up that much? Do you think maybe there was a reason?

    this may go to zero someday. But you'll run a hell of a margin while you wait.

    what i meant was buy some puts before its earning...

    2morow stock will 2 to 3 $ lower from todays price..

    check IB often, as shares seem to pop up every once in a while to short. I saw some there not too long ago.

    Of course you can always buy puts, but the premium is huge. I'd recommend just doing the straight up short sale.
