"I dont watch the news. Financial of otherwise, I happen to believe it is detrimental to ones trading." Sws, care to explain further how you arrived at this situation? Thanks.
when you have a complicit media you can look like a genius. this same dynamic plays itself out in many different arenas, it is formulaic.
Flytiger, see, you can't fight someone this ignorant. he wont care till he is destitute... and trust me, it's coming.
Who`s fighting? I simply stated my opinion you drama queen. I`m laughing over here that you think you know my financial situation is. I needed that chuckle. Regards, SWS.
So, if SEC documents prove the major players on Wall St are laundering money for the Mob, manipulating securities for the Vig, etc., etc., that's no big deal???? Eagletech's lawsuit against the major broker dealers was filed yesterday in Broward Cty, Fl. I'll tease you: As cooperating criminals and documents Eagletech obtained from the United States Securities and Exchange Commisson have now finally revealed, Eagletech fell victim to a vast conspriacy that included members and associates of the five major New York organized crime families who used at least 100 accounts at multiple brokerage houses to manipulate Eagletech stock. Several separate schemes operating simultaneously milked profits from the illegal sale and manipulation of Eagletech stock - with the active participation of the defendants - in exchange for illegal bribes and kickbacks in addition to their usual and customary fees. The conspiracies moved money from US banks and brokerages to accounts in tax haven island nations know for banking secrecy and then back in to the US in order (to) launder the illicit proceeds. No 1525 p 11/51 If you remember, I told you to Google Duess, ExactPay, that sort of stuff. Trillion dollars from the Treasury? That's low. If I can figure out how to post this PDF file, I'll do it. It is quite the read. (-: Makes Patrick Byrne look like the visionary he is. Eagletech is the only company to obtain actual SEC documents. They've been stalling to let Statutes of Limitations run out. Too, too bad. Tsk Tsk.
Don't own it. Don't know. If you notice the Stock Thread, most of those stocks are SHO stocks. DNDN, etc. What I have found it, the ones that are "showcased" for lack of a better word, OSTK, TASR, SDNA, really are stuck. They fight extremely hard on those oldtimers. Maybe it's because they are in the news. I'll have a link to the lawsuit tonight. I've been on this for five years, and when you read it, you'll understand what it's about. Specific stocks, I dunno. They move when they move. But Byrne is exonerated by this suit, backed up by SEC documents. The only problem is, he didn't sue the SEC - YET. They were going to sit on this. They never thought anyone would go thru 70,000 pages. It took two years. He got them April 8 2005.

I wonder if the people will wake up now, before none of them have a pension, sorta like New Jersey? Sith Lord. What a maroon that Byrne is?
