  3. Read the Biovail complaint. Those affadavits were sworn under a Federal oath. If it's true, they go to jail. That's for due process. But yes, they can go to jail.

God, watch the videos. Insana was mortified today. Frick and frack were over the top. they are scrambling.

Anyway, I don't care, as long as it ends. I'd like to look a ta chart and know everybody has somewhat the same rules.

  4. Well it would better if Byrne would just keep his mouth closed, he isn't exactly a saint in all this. The playing field does need to be leveled, but time will take care of that.

  5. Hmm, I perused the Biovail complaint, but didn't see any affidavits. What page are they on?

    BTW, its subpoena, not supoena.

  6. those are on the Overstock site. Look in the Investor Relations section.

You say subpeona, and I say supeona, subpeona, supeona... let's call the whole thing off.

I have always assumed that "flytiger, ratboy" and Byrne are all the same person.

Funny thread. Reminds one of the old Bre-X gold mine scam, LOL

  9. Bre-X? Man, I am painfully aware of that disaster. Worst loss I ever took.

IMHO, we need to get past the personalities and crazy comments.

How can we prove, factually, that OSTK short interest is above what DTC holds? Thats the real issue here.

Can anyone supply the actualy links to facts? I'd truly like to see them because thats the number that will drive buy-ins, and I want to be long when it happens.
