  4. 1:03 EST - Update. Patrick Byrne was on Bloomberg, and made the comment that the short interest in OSTK is now 8.9 million shares, when there are only 8.4 million shares at the DTC. In other news, Cramer, in his blog, simultaneously says he respects the government's duty to investigate miscreants, but paints his own investigation as a witch hunt. Man, I wish I had a dollar for every perp who has ever declared himself to be a victim of the man. The prisons are filled with innocent men. Anyway, now he is claiming that there is a conspiracy involving Byrne, the SEC, and parties unknown. Isn't it odd that the guy who was calling Patrick a loon is now the biggest conspiracy theorist out there? Anyway, that is the latest...

What's wrong with this picture, and yes, knumbnuts, he is scared. Stupidest thing he could have done.

    Man this is hilarious!

Byrne can't count ("management acknowledges the implications of the misstatement on the effectiveness of the company's internal control over financial reporting ...") and the SEC withdraws its subpoenas. Classic going to zero short.

Everything and the kitchen sink... except running a company and making $$$$$

  8. That's the stupid part, Ratboy. Because the big boys are going and getting fake locates, there are no borrows for anybody else. So these morons are shut out of a crooked game when, in their mind, the stock is going down. They've been correct, and should have been able to profit. And they STILL side with the crooks. Read the Biovail lawsuit, and look at the charges against SAC.

Don't worry, Linda Thomsen didn't issue those supeonas for no reason. Now, Thursday, Cox will tell us whether he's a politician or a regulator.

I did point out last week CNBC will have an opening at 6 and 9 last week. I still believe it.

Here's another. In a month, the financial landscape will be very different. Today, Cramer called a bear raid on LEH, and said BSC and GS would be next. There is big significance to the last two names. Do some searches, and draw your own conclusions.

and how can I not have any crediblility when what I say happens? I guess that's your call. Bet against me. Please bet against me.

Ask www.intrade.com if they would be willing to list a contract with such specs, and we can do so. If nothing else, you might get someone with a ton of money to bet the other side (I wonder if Cramer is prohibited from betting on InTrade :) ).
