Just curious, how much do you think it would take to create a good short squeeze? Vol has dropped to less than 200K. What if someone hit the ask all day long for the daily volume do you think they would be able to short another 200K shares? Nyrnes says only about 300K shares out there unaccaounted for? If someone took 300K position certs in hand would that put and end to manipulation?

Also, if no shares are available for shorting how are they keeping the price down? Still piling on more naked shorts even in this environmnet where naked shorting is being looked in to?

Like I said something just doesn't add up and I can't put my finger on it but am wondering if there isn't a very large opportunity to be had here?

  3. Precisely!

A few years ago, it was described to me as a "window call flip". Hey Ratboy, you 're due on 200,000 OSTK. I need delivery. Oh, Flytiger securites, I bought 250,000 from him, here's the confirm. Ten days later, same, more stock, different guy, so on.

With all the stalling, the ridiculous "grandfathering" of SHO, I've heard authorities on the subject say that something is drastically wrong, and they are scrambling to cover up the crime. What could that be? Well, if these small stocks traded options like I said, if Elgindy's crew wrote options on these OTC stocks, even if not public about it, someone took the other side of the trade when Elgindy knew for sure the stocks were going to zero. So now, the option market is screwed up. What else could it be. Go out there tomorrow, buy in 11mm or so OSTK guaranteed delivery, and tell me where the stock ends up.

Trading Mag is reporting Nasdaq pulling out of DTC. Any more questions about the morass?

If I knew the day, my pantiless French Maid would be posting this.

But it's coming. They screwed Pat Byrne. Best thing that ever happened for me. About to hit the show list now. You should have AMLN on your watch list already. I am flat in AMLN and OSTK.

  4. do you understand how much power is necessary to keep this dynamic from imploding???

  5. Well, Jeffery Royer, head agent Oklahoma City FBI office and his squeeze, Lynn Wingate, agent, will be doing serious jail time. And it's still going on. Oh yeah, Ratboy, I know.

And everybody bashing Byrne will know, too! This is the biggest story in the markets ever. It dwarfs Enron, Worldcom, ZZbest, Milken, all of 'em.

Ask yourself this. Why uncover Mutual Fund afterhours, Specialist frontrunning, and not this? Why doesn't Eliot Spitzer, who has all the information he needs, and access to all he wants, not moving on this?

it is a very sad chapter in the history of our politicians and Regulatory agencies. I'm just an observer/victim. You guys are too. you probably, like the rest of the country, just don't know it.

Have any of your posts helped you get back to break-even on your OSTK position?

  7. I told you, I am flat. Three trades, one very profitable, two small losses. The AMLN has worked everytime.

    There is nothing one guy can do to make the stock go up or down, except Byrne and the board. No matter what anyone posts here, the stock goes lower that day until the squeeze. They have that much power. Go here;

Now tell me something isn't wrong. They can't settle trades ont hese stocks????????????? Ya, I'm here to pump OSTK, you moron.

  9. I think these two go together:

He did say Goldman, right? Because after the close, Goldman printed 5mm AMLN according to Briefingtrader.com.

Look at AMLN on a daily. Relentless, and then a 5mm print. Looks like a buyin to me.

I am so pissed, because I was playing Another stock, and missed the AMLN today. And I didn't chase it, because everyday it comes in and gives you another chance. Today it didn't come in. And if Goldman was buying for themselves, they wouldn't have bid it up after so many days of being up.

Look at MSO today. NFLX. I think the major brokerages are buying in the fails.

Looks like things are moving on ostk. Massive buy by the chairman and good gain today on decent volume.
