So if it does not work, you return to me $20,000.

So how it works in basic math class, (which was invented by Russia, if you did not know), is that if I give you $10,000 and your thing does not work, you return to me $20,000. That means you "owe me" $20,000. The cost to you will be $10,000. You will lose $10,000, and I will make $10,000.

Russia also invented common sense. I guess you did not partake in the glory of the Motherland's bounty of knowledge on that front.
