Order rejected during LIQONLY mode ?

    Hi,

    First time I try forex on IB. It says: "Order rejected during LIQONLY mode" what does it mean ?

    me: I have a LIQ Only mode error message on a trade I just tried to send.

    Heinz G: Let me check your account. Hold on please

    Heinz G: The reason is that you were holding an ETF where margin requirement will be increased starting Dec. 1st.

    Heinz G: I see that you are no longer holding an ETF so I will contact the trade problem desk to request that your account is removed from this Liq. only status.
