I recently saw what I had seen before, but this time I had data to confirm it: sometimes my active orders at IDEALPRO don't get filled when they should. Two weeks ago I submitted a BUY order for USD/JPY at 88.945. I got "submitted" status and 7 seconds after, best ask went to 88.945 (I saw it at 88.940 but this is not confirmed by IB). My order didn't fill, not even partially. IB said they would check their systems but they haven't found anything yet. Has anyone observed the same problem? IB says I'm the first one.
