I had buddies interview at the old ETrade and at Trillium. The two that went to Trillium are both still trading - and one is making very nice $$$. I've heard Trillium has a good training program and an individual trainer and manager. The payout is not quite as high as a couple of the deals on the street but the net take home is better because of the attention they give you.
For those who where flat or negative net traders it was a great deal. It kept a lot of traders alive because it is easier to be gross positive.
I believe Trillium is located in the same place as OPUS, I know they have an office or two in NYC. Both Trillium and OPUS are part of Schonfeld, what's the difference between the 2?
OPUS is now paying a 30k salary, guaranteed for the first 18 months. Then, compensation is only paid if profits made: 65% of net or 29% of gross Anyone gone through their training program? SHould I take this offer?
