    Hi,
Say you got an offer from optiver and SIG, which one do you think is better? SIG you spend your first 9 - 24 months as an assistant trader then do the 10 week training program and then you can trade/make markets by yourself. Optiver you do training immediately (about 6 weeks) and then are trading, a LOT earlier than the SIG way but are you underprepared? .

Does anyone know what the comparative turn-over rates are? Also how would the decision be influenced by salary (say SIG pays 10-15k less yearly while you are traders assistant)?
    Thanks.
