Hello! I am a new member. I am from Russia. In Russia we don't have direct broker to american exchanges. I try to open account at Optionxpress. i sent them documents on monday, but they haven't opened me account yet. 4 days passes. They email me that documents has been verified, the account should be open later today. but they don't open today. Is it standard for them to open account so long time?
