I'm playing around with my 2 week trial version and was hoping somebody could shed some light. I'm trying to do a hypothetical forward test over the past year for SPY options using Backtrader. -First I update all asset file data, including SPY. -Then I go into BackTrader and set the date to one year ago to June 15, 2011. -Then I go into "Trade Finder" and set a price range target for 9/16/2011 and run all available strategies. -Then I Press "Go". When I do this I get an error message "SPY - Insufficient price information". I tried this for a number of tickers and historical dates and had the same problem. Wondering if I am missing a step? Thanks.
