Anybody else having trouble getting their rebates for using the Xtend platform? They have a promotion where you use Xtend for 90 days and its commission free up to $1000 for using it. It's been well over 30 days since the promotion ended for me and I still can't get the money from them. Is there anything I can do other then taking them to arbitration through FINRA?
