Options vs Warrants

Will the same options strategies also apply to warrants ?

Any ideas ?

I notice that Options Lab only provides options quote for US options, is there anyway I can get quote for European options ?

 

You cant short a warrant. So basically its a call option which you can only be a buyer of or a seller if you're closing.

 

Thanks, I guess there is no warrant for puts.

 

You can buy both call and put warrants but you can't sell them to open a position as they are issued by companies.
