    Hi,

Does anyone here trade options on European stocks? I mean options that are listed in Europe not US-listed options!

I'm interested in what sort of liquidity do they offer compared to options on US stocks? Are they significantly less liquid, more liquid, about the same?

    TIA!

  2. Also interested in this topic.

IB handles foreign options don't they?

I trade the dax and estx50 on Eurex using IB. Plenty of liquidity. Uses risk based margining system like SPAN so better than Reg T for naked sales.

I would think so, but I'm more interested in individual stock options.

    Thanks for the feedback!

IB offers stock options, futures, index options, warrants, probably other things I have missed on all major European exchanges. Stock options arent avail in Spain or Italy, yet.
