Options on CL Futures FOR DUMMIES

  1. I know that in equities the price of an option is multiplied by 100 and that's your price.

I know NOTHING about futures options. Is the 100 multiplier the same in futures?

Nope, an futures option is just for one contract of the underlying.

So, one option on CL would be an underlying 1,000 barrels of crude.
