    I would urge all of you seeking a better deal to look at how much of the exchange rebates are given back to you and more importantly look at each firms 606 report which shows where orders are routed and how much order flow is being sold.

    This is the problem with those brokers who want to negotiate deals with clients individually rather than publishing a transparent pricing structure. They think it's a poker game and want to keep cards close to their chest.
    How to approach them: say what you want, non-negotiable, yes or no.
    Be ambitious.

  8. Are they finally functional? I lost money trying to fast trade with them years ago. Platform crashed a little to much. Hard to beat IBKR rebates on some stocks.

  9. There are some brokers that claim to be zero commission brokers but I don't think you should go for them. They add costs during the final settlements.
