Options bid / ask

  1. How do you get filled if you are looking to buy to close a near worthless short position when the bid shows a 0?

Also, do the bid / ask size show the aggregate bid / ask of the overall market? I noticed the bid / ask size of most options are pretty big most of the time (e.g. 2000x2500) but the actual volume is only 60.

    Thanks!

  2. Put a limit order in at .05 , let it sit, hope for a fill.

In regards to B x A , with TOS, the bid/ask size listed are for the exchange with the best bid or offer. With TOS you can see actual bids/asks on each of the option exchanges though also, same with MB trading.
