I'm looking for some advice on Gain Capital in particular and forex brokers available on NinjaTrader in general. I trade futures currently and I'm looking to expand into FX spot. Since I auto-trade and rely on several years worth of tick data for backtesting on the Ninja platform my choice of brokers and data providers is somewhat limited. I've been talking to Gain/Forex.com and haven't heard anything yet that I don't like. I'm leaning toward opening an account w/them. Is there something that I'm missing with this broker in particular? Any other suggestions for forex brokers w/siginficant historical tick databases that are available on Ninja? Thanks in advance, Bluelou
Also, what's with the difference in rollover rates for forex brokers? On the EURUSD, MB Trading has a negative carry of -85 bps for longs and-395 bps ann. vs. Gain at +36 bps for longs and -180 bps for shorts. Is +36 bps X -180 bps competitive on this pair?
