Bernie is a "disruptor". So is Trump, albeit at the other end of the spectrum. The continued populist uprising is the symptom of the problem. Expect more - whether they are younger, older or whatever. Rhetoric wins the day. The swamp, or the establishment or whatever you want to call it, can't be killed by any one candidate. It will die over time as more and more populism kills it through candidates - both left and right - that war and rail against the establishment. Bernie isn't going to bring socialism to the United States - despite declaring himself to be a socialist. Congress won't allow it. The machine won't allow it. He'll be able to influence the dialogue, change foreign policy and US stance on a number of issues, and maybe cause another swing back to the populist right - maybe even appoint another SCOTUS. But he'll be bad for Wall Street and the establishment. And maybe that's OK.
