Operation Twist’s Effect on U.S. Yields

Operation Twist never worked it will never work. There is a reason for this but I can't remember. I think it has something to do with the length of the bonds being the only thing that changes rather than the appeal. Anyway it won't work.

 

Weird. I totally read that title as "Operation Twist's Effect on Youtube"

 

Shall I really mess you up and change the title to "Operation Twist's Effect on Youtube" and see if that messes with your head?
