LOL: it doesn't sound cynical to me - realistic more like it... let's get as many vendors integrating our feed and then comes the "unfortunately due to..." email and the slow fee rise grind! Let me put this out there: the independent tradinng community needs to put together a Wiki type organisation for the perpetual distribution of R/T data at only exchange fees - funded by donations, website adversting, whatever - but a non-profit foundation whose aims is solely to provide free data to traders... dream on numb nuts!
