Opening Range on e-mini s&p 500 - Useful? What values are you using?

    I didn’t say you said it should work all of the time! I’m simply saying that no edge works all of the time and how consistent an edge is might have more to do with how consistent we are! I do know on another site there are people who used to trade in the pits and they use the ORB and strict discipline and do very well

    Backtesting is strict(est). I meant that there should be a relatively consistent edge (as in, an equity curve sloping upwards over time).
    If it's subjective and can only be used as discretionary then that's entirely different.
