I would like to have a filter that sends an alert when a stock crosses the opening price either up or down from 9:50 am on. I looked at Trade-Ideas,they do not seem to have that filter. I use E-Signal. They have a change from open filter but you can only filter individual issues not a whole watchlist, which now is 100 issues. Any information or guidance would be helpful. Thank you.
