  4. For me, it's all across the board. Some are 1:1, some losses are only 0.01-0.03 cents. But others are very big losers. In stat terms, I have a negative skewness on my P/L. This means probability of a big loss is bigger than probability of a big winner. I put limit take profit si I can't make more than 1% per stock on the positive side. I have no stops so on the negative side I can go down fast before I get out. But the big losses can be "avoided" by being cautious on the news. But shit still happen. Last month I had one trade that trimmed 1/2 my profit of the month. It was mostly due to bad news reading plus I doubled down and all. We call it operator glitch. tilted. So I would say, in my case, the worst case that happens is losing something like 2 dollars on a stock and I make an average of 0.03-0.07 net per share.
If you take a 40$ stock .7% enveloppe and get out at FV you have a 28 cents target. 28 cents/2$ = 0.14 risk reward worst case. I think it's more 1:1 for me in general on average. I risk 20 cents and try to make 20 cents. Having a % winner around 80% makes it a positive profit expectation.
This is just MY numbers. Others play differently. I think someone is using stops so our P/L distribution is different.
A lot of work and risk for pennies.

  6. Maybe I should but I'm afraid I would get kicked out of profitable trades very often. This is why I dont.

  7. Very carefull this morning.
    Cut all financials.
May cancell all after the open on a LOD of the ES.
    Widder on shorts.
If anyone think it's smart to play the financials, please share your thoughts.

  9. February monthly review:
    Played 16 days.
    36 longs, 33 shorts, 52 winners, 17 losers. +0.025 average per share.
Smaller $/share for me but still ok.
Played with my spreadsheet during the month and came back to my previous settings, maybe causing a little underperformance.
    Shitty expiration.
    One mistake on news.
    An ok month.
