keep in mind, the strategy these guys are employing is "night and day" different than what is taught out there! And, lescor and shreddog have been doing this strategy for 5+ years, so their approach is very very very very refined/modified ... bootcampers, be careful. hehe!
Thanks lescor and shreddog for sharing. This has been very informative. While the total gain is eyepopping, it is useful to note that the gain per share was .0888 for lescor and .1429 for shreddog -- not bad, especially when doing 'size'. Bootcampers should watch gain/share, and worry about size later.
Cut my cps in half to compare correctly to lescor's. I'll take .07 anyday, anytime. Too bad it doesn't happen every day.
I took a second to check the fills this morning. Geez, MCD was great. Sold at .49, auto orders went in to pay .43 and .24, all filled around .21....gotta love it! Should be interesting tomorrow... Don
To anyone trading larger size and/or more illiquid stocks: Do you ever find that you are making up an uncomfortably large percentage of the volume in a stock? And what would you consider "uncomfortable"? Say for example that your size is 4k shares and the first print is 40k shares - would that concern you much? What sort of level in participation (relative to total volume)is a suitbale maximum in your view? Cheers
