Pretty much random, no set time I keep it on mute until I see a symbol on the bottom of the screen that interests me. Around 5-530AM PST.

 

No fills today, lots of blocks for news

 

3 fills +$300+. NYSE had some serious problems with "cancels and partials" but ended up unscathed overall.
