  1. Entered buy orders only with .3 envelope...cancelled retailers & got no fills

  2. Doc appointment yesterday, so didn't participate.

Today 2 long, a win and a scratch on a test position, +130, 3100 shares. And it was like pulling teeth to get that.

    Have a great weekend everyone.

  5. Hi all, I've been watching these threads and thought I would jump in. I've been trading this strategy since I joined Bright in August 07 and so far I've been pretty happy with it, especially the past month and a half. :)

So my results for the week:

    2/4 - 8 fills, all short, 2 losers: +384
    2/5 - 3 fills, all long: +535
    2/6 - 7 fills, all short, 2 losers: +636
    2/7 - 3 fills, 2 long 1 short: +255

    and today:

3 fills, all long: +276 (YUM was good, could've held onto it longer)

    Have a good weekend!

edit: BTW, I'm using 1000 shares in and out. Gotta build up my account first, heh.

  6. Nice going drum. Only thing I would point out is that instead of "could've" it should be "coulda" LOL

1 fill long T...tried to get out at 36.41 & chased all the way back down, but got no fills & ended up with a scratch

  8. Oops, got stuck in AIG, very (very) glad to for auto program that took me out of half with a profit before it tanked big time. Happy with only ($250) for the day.

    Back to it tomorrow.

Do you mean $0.30 or 30% envelope?

    What envelope do others use?

    Thanks.

  10. .3% envelope after adjusting for fair value premium or discount. Some people use the same envelope for buys & sells & others adjust based on the size of the gap up or down, which is what I do.
